Anegada Conch
Fritters - A blend
of fresh Conch, Caribbean seasonings in a rich batter, fried
to a golden brown and served with Chipotle
Aili dipping sauce.
Peppered Shrimp -
Shrimp simply sauteed in olive oil, peppers and seasoning
Calimari Salad -
Squid, peppers, onions, mushrooms, bambooshoots and spices,
marinated in vinegar and soy sauce, served cold on a bed of
shredded lettuce.
Mac & Cheese - "A
favorite the world over" a rich blend of sharp cheddar
cheese, cream, butter, macaroni and a hint of cayenne pepper
and onion, topped with bread crumbs and baked till crispy.
Smoked Native Fish
Pate - Fresh caught fish smoked with hickory and
mesquite on premise, blended with a mixture of sour cream
and seasoning, and served cold.
Coconut Cracked Conch
- Fresh, Anegada Conch, battered with a blend of shredded
native coconut, bread crumbs and spices, fried to a golden
brown. Swerved with Chipotle Aioli dipping sauce.
Jerked Beef Short Rib
- Fresh beef short rib, slowly braised in a sauce of sherry,
jerk spice, and beef bouillon. Served with coconut
rice.

A refreshingly cold soup, made with fresh
peppers, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and garlic.
Served in a goblet with a dollop of sour cream.

Salad - Fresh, chilled iceberg lettuce wedge, slice vine
ripened tomatoes, topped with Danish blue cheese dressing
and bacon
Fresh Caught Fish:
We pride ourselves in
having the only offshore commercial fishing vessel in the
BVI, Argus III. The Soares brothers, Mark, Dean and
cousin Jeff long line for swordfish, Tuna, and Mahi Mahi,
guaranteeing Neptune's Treasure the freshest fish in the
Islands.

All fresh fish are
offered broiled, baked, seared, or bronzed. A choice
of pearl or roasted garlic sauce is available. All
means included a generous portion of vegetables and rice,
potatoes, or other sides.
Lobster - All of
our lobsters are caught with our own traps and rushed to our
dock for storage. Our customers are guaranteed the
freshest possible lobster.
Fresh Anegada Lobster is
steamed to keep in the succulent juices and served with
drawn butter.

Shrimp Curry
- Shrimp marinated in a curry, cumin and turmeric rub, and
quickly pan sautéed to a tender finish.
Shrimp Sautee
- Shrimp sautéed
in a garlic butter sauce to a tender finish.
Pork Loin
- Rubbed with a
West Indian curry cumin spice mixture, broiled, and served
with a Demi glace sauce.
Seared Duck
Breast - Marinated
in a mixture of soy, fresh ginger, sesame oil and honey,
seared and topped with a rich port wine reduction.
Fresh Marinara
and Linguini - A
chunky marinara made from diced tomatoes, fresh onions,
garlic and spices. Served over a generous portion of
linguini.

chicken, pan sautéed and served with a fresh orange, ginger
sauce.
